IMPLEMENTED PROCESS
Processes which make it possible to have large numbers of customers nationwide, with a relational approach at the individual level (B2I), to participate in various research activities, both qualitative and quantitative, on a limited basis and with results in under 48 hours after the activity ends.
Results
In 6 months, we conducted +20 research activities using over a thousand participants, which have impacted the development of marketing campaigns, user experience, and product development, boosting the ROI of initiatives which have gone through the community.
