PROCESO REALIZADO
Desk research about tendencies in use of treatments for diseases in each market, doctor’s classification by adoption in use of therapies, in-depth interviews. The project ended with a joint workshop to create an action plan for the brand.
Results
Based on the research findings, we identified the potential segment of candidate patients, developing ad-hoc messages by target (doctor) given their involvement with the condition and with biological therapies, co-creating the commercial tactical plan for the launch.
